OXYFLEX MF1100 Membrane Plate Diffusers – "The Efficient Ones"

With the OXYFLEX MF1100 membrane plate diffuser, a membrane is fixed on a carrier made of fibreglass-reinforced polypropylene. Depending on the model and area of application the membrane is made of EPDM, silicone or polyurethane and completely surrounds the carrier plate. The two-part frame, which is also made of polypropylene, is pushed over the membrane and reliably seals the system.

In addition to the superior energy balance of the OXYFLEX MF1100 membrane plate diffuser, you also benefit from the system's extreme durability and high operational reliability. MF1100 membrane plate diffusers remain fully functional with only minimal pressure loss. Even with shrinkage due to aging, the membrane can still be lifted off the body and is able to achieve its full effect without any increased pressure losses.

You can use our membrane plate diffusers for equipping or retrofitting any common types and dimensions of pipework. Regardless of whether you are using round or rectangular tubes, we can offer you a straightforward and optimum solution.
