Supratec HELIXOR® deep diffusers:
Robust technology for industrial waste water.

Supratec offers medium-bubble deep diffusers for treating liquids with a high solids content with gas and intensely mixing them. Since these diffusers are particularly robust and unsusceptible to contamination, they are mostly deployed in industrial wastewater treatment plants.

The HELIXOR® deep diffuser's particular characteristics are due to its special design. The diffuser consists of a polypropylene cylinder with an internal helix. The supply line is routed under this container. The air that exits from holes drilled in this line gets into the diffuser. There, the air mixes intensively with the waste water (or the liquid). This results in an oxygen transfer and an upwards flow.
